The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Trust Funds Administration (BTFA), Office of Trust Analysis and Research (OTAR) is seeking contractor support in achieving OTAR's principle objectives: 1) Develop and implement a plan of how the historical accounting will be provided for IIM and tribal trust accounts; 2) Resolve proper ownership and distribution of residual balances in IIM trust fund accounts for both the Youpee Escheat Accounts Project and the Special Deposit Accounts Distribution Project; 3) Perform related Probate Tasks that include all related admin, analysis, accounting, and additional work related to update accounts to estate status, prepare and finalize probate claim payments and distributions to beneficiaries; and 4) Utilize accounting, research and analysis, project management and administrative related tasks to the BTFA¿s mission and OTAR¿s mission to support projects and inclusive of work outside of the SDA and Youpee population.
