This RFI/Sources Sought is seeking responses from small and large businesses that can provide the required services stated in the attached drafted Statement of Work (SOW) for information to aid in determining the acquisition strategy. The Office of the Inspector General (OIG seeks training and development services to help the OIG assess the individual and organizational Cultural Transformation Initiative (CTI) results to date based on the above-mentioned key areas, as well as diagnose skill gaps and opportunities for improvement. Attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors shape the culture of an organization and play a major role in its success. As such, the OIG is seeking to provide training and developmental opportunities to sustain CTI efforts, including focused organizational development in the area of accountability. This includes clearly outlining desired results and expectations to establish clear accountability, as well as help shape positive employee perceptions and experiences.
