BLM has a requirement to provide revisions to existing growth and yield curves and the Woodstock models that were prepared for the Proposed Resource Management plan/Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Resource Management Plans for Western Oregon Coos Bay, Eugene, Medford, Roseburg and Salem Districts, and the Klamath Falls Field Office of the Lakeview District. The contractor would provide changes and updates to the existing modeling products as requested by the BLM. These models were developed by an Environmental Consulting contractor as part of the FEIS from 2013 thru 2016. This notice provides the Government's intent to award a Sole Source contract as detailed in the attached documents.
