Adjunct Instructors for Haskell Indian Nations University, Lawrence, KS Solicitation #140A2324R0093 This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. Contractors should not contact the contract specialist or contracting officer seeking the solicitation, as it will not be available until approximately 15 days from this posting. The solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities (on SAM.gov), the Government-wide point of entry. The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Haskell Indian Nations University located in Lawrence, KS requires a Contractor to provide Adjunct Instructors and Professional Tutoring Services. A single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is being pursued to support services. All orders placed against this IDIQ are subject to the items and conditions of this contract. The new contract is necessary to continue educational services at Haskell Indian Nations University for Native American students and supports mission critical educational activities. Haskell Indian Nations University is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, in addition, the School of Education and the degree program of Elementary Teacher Education are fully accredited by the Kansas State Department of Education and by the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE). This acquisition will be solicited utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items), 13.5 (Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services), and 16 (Types of Contracts). The Government¿s intent is to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract utilizing a Performance Work Statement (PWS). The expected period of performance is five years (one year base period with four one-year option periods). The NAICS code for this requirement is 611710 ¿ Education Support Services of $24.0M. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is U009 ¿ Education/Training - General. Any interested contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.SAM.gov.
