THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. In accordance with the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Golden West Telecommunications Cooperative, Inc. for telecommunication services. The BIA, Pine Ridge Agency in Pine Ridge, South Dakota has a need for telecommunication services. The period of performance will be twelve months plus four option years, beginning the day after the award date. The total estimated dollar value is $159,274.00. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 517111.
