The United States Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Northwest Region Office (NWRO), intends to enter into a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Lion First Responder PPE Inc, a Non-Indian Owned Business, for a Bullseye Digital Fire Extinguisher Training System that meets NFPA 101, part 39.7.3 and NFPA 101, part 22.7.1.4. to support their safety training at the Bureau of Indian Affairs, NWRO Safety Office located at 911 NE 11th Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97232 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a Single Source. Lion First Responder PPE Inc will provide the following items: Items Descriptions and Quantities List Bullseye Digital Fire Extinguisher Training System - Base Package. Includes: 1. BEPB03-B, Bullseye Digital Fire Extinguisher Training System (Qty. 1) a. Bullseye V3 Digital Fire Panel b. Bullseye Transport Case c. 2 kg/5lb Dry Chemical Digital Laser Extinguisher d. Extinguisher Case 2. BEE10RF, Bullseye 5 kg/10 lb. Dry Chemical Digital Laser Extinguisher (RF) (Qty. 1) 3. Bullseye Service Plan - 1YR Bullseye Service Plan (3 Years) Lion First Responder PPE Inc is the only manufacturer of the Bullseye Digital Fire Extinguisher Training System. No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 811310, and the Business Size Standard is $12.5M.
