The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Northwest Regional Office, intends to solicit/award a firm fixed price contract under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Responses to this Sources Sought announcement will be used by the Government to make, if appropriate, an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) set-aside or Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) acquisition strategy decision. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. This Sources Sought is to gain knowledge of the interest, capabilities, and qualifications of the Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) members of the industry who are highly encouraged to respond. 3. Requirements Description. The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Colville Agency, has a requirement for five (5) Fire Tower Lightning Protection Systems to be inspected and repaired.
