THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Empower Educational Consulting, LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). BIE Wingate Elementary School has a requirement for Empower Educational Consulting Professional Development Services for educational support services based upon Empower¿s copyrighted educational material. The anticipated delivery date will be June 30, 2022. Empower Educational Consultants has issued a single source letter indicating that there are no authorized providers of this brand-specific requirement.
