Your response to this Sources Sought Notice will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise because of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter negotiations to award a contract. This notice is for information purposes only. The Bureau of Indian Affairs/Southern Plain Regional Office requires natural gas utility services in a manner that is consistent with all applicable laws, rules, codes, industry standards, permits and regulations, promulgated by all governmental authorities having jurisdiction in the state of Oklahoma. Services shall be provided on a dependable and adequate daily basis (365) days per year. One Gas will be responsible to maintain and/or repair all associated natural gas lines and equipment, including associated costs for such repair, up to the delivery point or meter of Southern Plain Regional Office. Pursuant to FAR Part 41.202, the contractor is required to provide the ¿entire natural gas utility service¿ (i.e., capacity, standby or backup service, transmission and/or distribution service, quality transportation, assurance, system reliability, system operation and maintenance, metering, billing, etc.). The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified All Small Businesses and Large Businesses Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition.
