PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions is issuing a Pre-solicitation Notice announcement to seek potential Small Business (SB) sources who would be interested in constructing a soccer field at Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) ¿ Baca/Dlo¿ay azhi Community School in Prewitt, New Mexico. This notice is to identify Small Business (SB) that fall into the following available set aside categories. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 713940 and the small business size standard $8.00. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with this Pre-solicitation announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. It is requested that only those that meet the definition of these categories submit a response to this notice. Send your capabilities statement to include your business size, description of your specialties, contact information (business name, contact person, phone number and email address), general contracting license number and construction bonding capabilities (per contract and aggregate). The contract scope of work consists of the following discipline constructing a new soccer field at the school to be used by the students who attend Baca/Dlo¿ay azhi Community School. A more detailed statement of work will be provided with solicitation package to all eligible contractors. Interest parties are requested to provide their UEI & DUNS number for verification of inclusion in the System for Award Management (SAM).
