PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Division of Acquisitions is issuing a Pre-solicitation Notice announcement to seek potential Small Businesses sources who would be interested in providing repair and refinish of the main gymnasium floor at Riverside Indian School. This notice is to identify small businesses that fall into the following available set aside categories, Small Business (SB). The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 238330 and the small business size standard $16.50. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with this Pre-solicitation announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. It is requested that only those that meet the definition of these categories submit a response to this notice. Send your capabilities statement to include your DUNS #, description of your specialties, contact information (business name, contact person, phone number and email address), bonding capabilities. The contract scope of work consists of the following. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervisor and incidentals necessary to provide repair and refinish of the main gymnasium floor at Riverside Indian School, Anadarko, OK. This includes preparation of the area such as seal off ventilation to prevent airborne contaminants, protect entryways, complete drum sand wall to wall of the floor, seal, repaint (painting includes all lines, borders, letters and logs), finish approx.. 13,794 sq.ft. of flooring. Finish shall include 5 coats at 17 gallons per coat. Also include the remove and replacement of wall base. Full version of the SOW will be included with the solicitation package to the respective bidders. Interest parties are requested to provide their DUNS number for verification of inclusion in the System for Award Management (SAM).
