THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with BK International LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. The BIE, Dibe Yazhi Community School has a need for Boardwork Software for K-8 to be used for distant learning. No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334614. If a firm believes that BIA/BIE should not pursue this procurement, it should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement by 5pm ET on Sept 14 2020.
