This Sources Sought Notice will be utilized by the Department of the Interior Bureau of Indian Affairs to establish a list of sources interested in Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for the delivery of dairy products. A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as defined by FAR 13.303(a) is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies or services by establishing ¿ charge accounts ¿ with qualified sources of supply. The BPA does not guarantee, nor obligate the Government to, any orders to a BPA holder in any way. The agreements will have a period of performance of three (3) years from the date the Master Agreement is established. As supplies are required, the Government will issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to vendors actively holding a BPA Master Agreement. BPA holders will not be required to quote on every RFQ. Quotes will be required to be submitted electronically, via email. Interested Vendors should be capable of delivering dairy products to the Bureau of Indian Education ¿ Tuba City Boarding School. Detailed locations for deliveries can be found in the BPA Terms and Conditions attached to this notice. To be eligible for a BPA, an Interested Vendor SHALL have an active record in the System for Award Management (SAM), at www.sam.gov.
