This is a pre-solicitation notice to notify small business companies the Government has a requirement for the replace of the roof membrane on two (2) buildings, buildings #711 and #714, which are located at the San Felipe Pueblo Elementary School in Pueblo of San Felipe, New Mexico 87001. All work will be performed in accordance with a Statement of Work (SOW). This description of work is for general information only. It is not our intention to describe every feature of items of work or to define the scope of work. The solicitation will be a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Award will be made utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Best Value approach to the Government in accordance with FAR 15 and FAR 36. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to the lowest priced offeror, whose quote conforming to the requirements herein, will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and is considered fair and reasonable to the technical qualification and responsible offeror. The NAICS Code for this project is 238160. In accordance with FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Project, the magnitude of this project is (C) Between $100,000 and $250,000.00. The period of performance will be for 60 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. For this Pre Solicitation Notice closing date and time is Thursday, December 26, 2019, 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
