SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR BIE SCHOOL WELLNESS MODEL AND PILOT PROGRAM Subject to the availability of funds, the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) is seeking a diverse team of educational and behavioral health professionals under one contract to create, develop, and implement a comprehensive School Wellness Model beginning May 2020. There are two (2) tasks associated with this requirement: Task 1 - Policy and framework for the School Wellness Model and Task 2 - Implementation of a pilot program at various BIE schools. This is a potential 5-year contract consisting of a 1-year base period and four (4) 1-year options.
