Combined synopsis/solicitation for internet, phone, and fax service for Bureau of Indian Affairs - Office of Self Governance (OSG), Vancouver, Washington. Per the requirements at Federal Acquisition Regulation at FAR 5.207, this notice is a Combined Solicitation/Synopsis for a commercial service. The Bureau of Indian Affairs expects to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract (base year plus two option years) to telecommunications provider Comcast for internet, phone, and fax service for Bureau of Indian Affairs - Office of Self Governance located in Vancouver, Washington under sole source authority at FAR 6.302-1. The order will include one line item (00010) for the following services: 10 static IP addresses, phone service (private line technology for voice) for up to 10 users, 1 fax line. The Service Contract Act (SCA) does not apply to this requirement. The circumstances that justify this sole source award include the following: The BIA's Office of Self Governance is moving to leased space on the National Park Service's Fort Vancouver campus located in Vancouver, Washington. National Park Service has determined to work with vendor Comcast to install equipment for provision of these services, therefore no other vendors may be considered for OSG at this location. The total value of this award, including all option years, is not expected to exceed $35,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The BIA is mandated to consider Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises and Indian Economic Enterprises before considering any other source. Interested vendors (including Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises and Indian Economic Enterprises) may submit their company information for consideration if desired. The BIA will then provide this information to the National Park Service.
