The National Park Service (NPS) has issued Amendment No. 3 to the Prospectus soliciting proposals in response to a business opportunity to provide lodging, food and beverage, retail, RV camping, and related services within Death Valley National Park. Amendment No. 3 provides NPS responses to questions received in writing by the July 15 deadline. The NPS is only accepting electronic proposal submissions in response to this Prospectus. Any proposal must be received electronically no later than 12:00 p.m. (PDT) on October 7, 2022, in the format outlined in the Proposal Instructions. Any interested party intending to submit a proposal must submit a "Notice of Intent to Submit a Proposal" as described in the Proposal Instructions, no later than 12:00 p.m. (PDT) on September 12, 2022. The Prospectus is available on the NPS Commercial Services website (link provided in the Attachments/Links section of this announcement) including documents related to this Amendment No. 3.
