The National Park Service (NPS) has issued Amendment No. 2 to the Prospectus soliciting proposals in response to a business opportunity to provide passenger boat transportation from Ventura, CA, to Santa Cruz Island, Anacapa Island, Santa Rosa Island, San Miguel Island, and Santa Barbara Island within Channel Islands National Park. This Amendment No. 2 provides NPS answers in response to the questions received, timely. This amendment also notifies potential Offerors of an update to the Draft Contract, Exhibit B (Operating Plan). The NPS is only accepting electronic proposal submissions in response to this Prospectus. Offerors must submit a "Notice of Intent to Submit a Proposal" as described in the Proposal Instructions, no later than 4:00 pm (Pacific Time) on August 30, 2022. Any proposal must be received electronically no later than 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on September 27, 2022, in the format outlined in the Proposal Instructions. The Prospectus, including this Amendment No. 2 and the updated Exhibit B (Operating Plan) are all available on the NPS Commercial Services website (link provided below).
