The purpose is as follows: Prospectus Inside Cover: All proposals must be received by 4:00 P.M. on May 30, 2020 at the National Park Service, Interior Region 11 – Alaska by the secure email link provided by the NPS. Proposal Instructions: Due to COVID-19, the Regional Office is closed and all offerors must submit proposals through a secure NPS email site. You will then need to set-up an account and attach all proposal docs to the email and return to the NPS. The National Park Service (“Service”) intends to award one (1) concession contract for hunting guide services within Yukon-Charley Rivers National Preserve. The Prospectus describes in general terms the existing business operations and the future business opportunity for services required. Offerors should review all sections of this Prospectus and specifically, the terms and conditions of the Draft Concession Contract, CC-YUCH901-21 (”Draft Contract”), including its exhibits, to determine the full scope of a future concessioner’s responsibilities under the Draft Contract. The Prospectus is available on the NPS Commercial Services Site and can be found at: https://www.nps.gov/subjects/concessions/prospectuses.htm The Service is conducting this solicitation in accordance with the National Park Service Concessions Management Improvement Act of 1998 (P.L. 105-391), as implemented by regulations in 36 C.F.R. Part 51. The term “Concessioner” as used in this Prospectus refers to the entity that will be the concessioner under the Draft Contract. The term “Existing Concessioner” refers to the entity currently holding a valid concession contract to provide hunting guide services within Yukon-Charley Rivers National Preserve.
