The National Park Service is offering a 15-year seasonal concessions opportunity at Shenandoah National Park in Virginia. The concessioner will operate 285 lodging units across three resorts, multiple food and retail outlets at several lodges and waysides, and four campgrounds with associated stores and services. Additional required services include automotive fuel sales and horseback riding operations. A notice of intent to submit a proposal is due by August 15, 2025, and the full electronic proposal must be received by September 12, 2025. The NPS will not conduct a site visit or accept questions for this solicitation.
