For Solicitation CC-GRTEXXX-20, this notice is to clarify that the page limit in Principle Selection Factor 2, Subfactor 2(a) is 4 pages. This is to clarify a discrepancy where in Appendix 1 Proposal Package (Word) the page limit is listed as 3 pages. Additionally, any proposal must be received by May 31, 2019, in order to be evaluated and considered for award of the Concession Contract. The Prospectus explains the business opportunity and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the Concession Contracts. The Director, pursuant to the terms of 36 C.F.R. Part 51, has determined all of the contracts described in this Prospectus are qualified contracts as outfitter and guide contracts; therefore, all of the Existing Concessioners are preferred offerors for the new contracts. If an Existing Concessioner submits a responsive proposal and that proposal is not selected as the best proposal, the preferred offeror designation allows it to match the terms of the best offer. Any proposal, including that of the existing concessioner, must be received by the Chief of Concessions, Intermountain Region, National Park Service, 12795 West Alameda Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado 80228 by 4:00 p.m. MT on May 31, 2019, in order to be evaluated and considered for award of the Concession Contract. The Prospectus will be available at https://www.nps.gov/subjects/concessions/prospectuses.htm. Interested parties are encouraged to view, download and/or print their own copies of the Prospectus from this internet site. To be put on a contact list to receive amendments or any additional information specific to the Prospectus, interested parties must provide their contact information (name, email address, and phone number) to Jennifer Parker, Chief of Concessions, Intermountain Region, at jennifer_parker@nps.gov or by phone at 303-969-2661. Information relative to the solicitation will also be posted to the above mentioned website.
