Amendment 2: Questions were submitted by potential offerors on Sep 1, 2023 and the NPS has provided answers to all questions. The NPS will update the Concessions Prospectus Site with the Questions and Answers along with amendments to the Inside Cover Page, Proposal Instructions, Proposal Package, Exhibit B Operating Plan, and Exhibit F: Intellectual Property Licensed Marks. All changes will be highlighted in the respective documents. Amendment 1: An update to the Prospectus Excel Forms The National Park Service is offering a business opportunity and intends to award multiple concession contracts to provide tour vessel services at the Park. The Prospectus describes in general terms the existing tour vessel operations and the future business opportunities authorized by the Service. Offerors must review all sections of the Prospectus and specifically, the terms and conditions of the Draft Concession Contract, CC-GLBA0TV-24 (Draft Contract), including its exhibits, to determine the full scope of a future concessioner’s responsibilities under the Draft Contract. When reviewing the Prospectus, please take note of the important due dates. The Contracts will have a term of ten (10) years with an estimated effective date of January 01, 2024, and ending December 31, 2033. The effective date of the Draft Contract may change prior to award if determined necessary by the Service. The Service is conducting this solicitation in accordance with the National Park Service Concessions Management Improvement Act of 1998 (P.L.105-391), as implemented by regulations in 36 C.F.R.
