In addition to the posting of the questions and answers, the NPS amends this solicitation to do the following: In Exhibit H: Maintenance Plan, revised the deferred maintenance attachment 1 table with a new quantity of an asset; and In Exhibit I: Insurance, revised to reflect the new Concessioner Insurance Deductibles and Self-Insured Retentions policy; and In the Appendix Table of Contents, added reference to Appendix D: Parkway InterpretiveThemes; and Added Appendix D: Parkway Interpretive Themes exhibit. Amendment 1 will be available at https://www.nps.gov/subjects/concessions/prospectuses.htm. _____________________ The National Park Service (NPS) will issue a prospectus for the solicitation of offers for a 10-year concession contract to provide for Food & Beverage and Retail Services at Mabry Mill within Blue Ridge Parkway All offers must be received by the NPS by the date listed on the inside front cover of the prospectus which is October 1, 2025 no later than 12:00 p.m. in order to be evaluated and considered for an award of a concession contract. The prospectus describes the business opportunity and includes the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the concession contract. Questions are due July 24, 2025, and Notification of Intent to Propose must be received by September 3, 2025, via email by the National Park Service no later than 12:00 P.M.
