The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office is conducting market research to make informed decisions in defining a requirement for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for wildlife-related services across BLM's area of responsibility in western Oregon, to include Klamath Falls. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement that shall be considered by the agency. The capability statement must include: 1. Name and address of your firm, with the firm representative's name, telephone number, and email address. 2. List the types of wildlife surveys the firm conducts (e.g., marbled murrelet, northern spotted owl, red tree vole, or other monitored by BLM). 3. List recent survey projects conducted for BLM in the last 3 years. Identify the contract/order number, project title, location, and cumulative award amount. 4. Identify other types of wildlife-related services the firm provides (e.g., snag creation, etc.). 5. Identify the geographic areas in western Oregon that you are capable of accessing/performing. Cite "All areas" if all. If not all, identify the county(ies). 6. Identify the firm's resources like equipment and number of permanent employees or crews employed. If crews are used, identify the crew composition. 7. This IDIQ contract may have multiple task orders performed concurrently in distinctly different geographic areas. Identify how many task order projects and the average magnitude of those projects the firm can successfully perform concurrently. If the firm is unable to perform concurrent task orders, identify the firm's ability to successfully perform this type of multiple order type contract.
