Nature and/or description of the action being approved: Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area requires award of a sole source, logical follow-on task order to DJ&A to produce the design development and construction documents of the Rehabilitate of the Fort Smith Administration Building. This action is a logical follow-on to 140P1420F0154 for the PD/SD design phases which was awarded and administered by the National Park Service (NPS), with joint participation by the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR).
