Storage space Ozark MO
The U.S. Government seeks 2,000–2,500 sq ft of storage space in Ozark, MO within a delineated area bounded by State Rd. 14/US Hwy 65, U.S. Hwy 65/State Rd. 14, and U.S. Hwy 65/Riverdale Rd. It will consider economically advantageous alternatives, including relocation costs and agency downtime, but is currently considering existing buildings only; new construction may be considered only if it can meet the required occupancy date. The space must be first-floor, contiguous, 24/7 accessible, outside the 100-year floodplain, and meet fire-safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards, with a preferred security-camera system and a required overhead door allowing vehicular access with at least 50 feet of warehouse depth beyond it. Offered space should include climate control for evidence storage, office space, warehouse electrical outlets, and a bathroom, and the selected lessor must remain active in SAM.gov and sign a government lease. The proposed lease is a 5-year term with a 1-year firm period and a 90-day termination notice allowed after the first year.
