The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), El Centro Field Office, El Centro, CA, has a requirement for a trash collection and disposal for the Long Term Visitor Areas (LTVA) in Imperial country at the Hot Springs and Pilot Knob LTVAs in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140L1219Q0036 and attachments. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. A fixed price contract will be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. A fixed price contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
