The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking quotes for the procurement of one (1) TRAK 30200RX Lathe or an approved equivalent. This procurement includes delivery, installation assistance, and extended on-site training for Siemens CNC controls or an equivalent control system. The lathe must meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the accompanying Statement of Work (SOW). Bidders are required to submit a comprehensive quote that reflects the total price, inclusive of all costs associated with delivery, setup, and training. Key requirements for this procurement include the delivery of the TRAK 30200RX Lathe or equivalent to the Grand Coulee Power Office in Grand Coulee, WA, with all necessary precautions taken during transport. Installation assistance must be provided to ensure the equipment is properly set up and operational. Additionally, on-site training is required for Reclamation personnel to ensure the safe and effective operation of the lathe. Delivery of the equipment is required within 210 days after receipt of the order.
