The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, is soliciting quotes for a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to support water quality monitoring and regulatory compliance under the 1944 Treaty and Minute 242. This requirement includes software licensing, installation, data migration, training, and a five-year service and maintenance agreement. The LIMS must meet the technical and functional requirements outlined in the attached RFQ/Statement of Work (SOW), including compatibility with existing laboratory infrastructure and support for secure, auditable data management. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6. Award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced quote that is responsive to the solicitation requirements.
