This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140R8125Q0102 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. They may be accessed in full text at the following websites: https:/www.acquisition.gov/far/ and https://www.acquisition.gov/diar. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337214 with an associated small business size standard of 1,100 Employees. This requirement has been set a-side as a Total Small Business Set A-Side and only qualifying vendors may quote as such. Total price shall be inclusive of all applicable fees and taxes. Anticipated period of performance is 60 Days. Inspection and acceptance will be performed by the Government at destination. A site visit is tentatively scheduled to be held on Thursday, 20 March 2025 at 1:00PM Mountain Standard Time. Each vendor will be limited to a maximum of 2 guests each for this site visit. For those who are unable to attend a site visit, a Q&A will be conducted from March 18th-21st, and all answers will be published as an amendment to this solicitation by COB Monday, 24 February 2025.
