THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY This Sources Sought is for the purpose of identifying firms that can meet the following Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) Requirements. The National Critical Infrastructures (NCI) serve a critical part in the production of hydroelectric power, storage and management of water resources. The Security Response Force (SRF) conducts security operations SRF requirement for handguns and optics installed. This requirement is for GLOCK G47 handgun (9mm) MOS5 direct cut for the Trijicon SRO optic with 2.5 MOA with suppressor sights (tritium front and non-tritium rear). The front and rear sights and optic are required to be installed per manufactures specification before being delivered. The contractor must be a certified GLOCK distributor with a valid certificate. Documentation of GLOCK certification is required to be submitted as part of the contractor cost proposal. Quantity: 24 Shipped to: Shasta Dam (Shasta Lake, CA) This requirement will be issue under NAICS 332994 -Small Arms, Ordnance, and Ordnance Accessories Manufacturing. This Sources Sought is not to be considered as a request for quotes or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of the contractor submission to this Sources Sought or the Government's use of such information. The Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any contractor's input resulting from this RFI. No contract will be awarded as a result of this announcement. Data submitted in response to this RFI will not be returned. INSTRUCTION FOR SUBMISSION: Respondents should include as part of their submission: a. A synopsis of the company's capabilities in providing parts and equipment for specified manufacturers. b. Please provide any information regarding whether you are an authorized distributor/reseller for these manufacturers. c. Please provide examples of relevant work experience-include a summary of the project, point of contact, dollar value Provide any information if you are a FEDVAR (Federal Value-Added Reseller). d. UEI Number e. Company Name f. Company Address g. Business size, SDVOSB, HUBZone, or Woman owned status, as validated via the System for Award Administration (SAM). NOTE: All offers must register on the SAM located at http://www.SAM.gov. h. Company points of contact, phone, and email address. i. Past work experience. If you have experience working with other Federal Agencies and/or commercial businesses of similar size and scope, please include agency and contracting officer /or business name contract number (if applicable), amount and type of contract (e.g. FFP, T&M, Labor hour etc). Any proprietary information must be marked as such, the RFI information should not exceed a total of 10 one-sided 8 1/2x11 pages, with one-inch margins, and font no smaller than 12 point.
