The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) intends to establish a single 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Satellite Internet Services to provide network connectivity to all BOR remote sites. This acquisition will be performed using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures. This procurement will be conducted as a full and open after exclusions for brand name SpaceX- Starlink solicitation. Solicitation will be posted on or about March 28, 2024.
