INSAR GPS: Perform an interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR) analysis and GNSS/geodetic analysis of central Washington in the areas surrounding O'Sullivan, Dry Falls, Pinto, North, and Grand Coulee Dams. The analyses should specifically be conducted to evaluate differential velocities and strain with the purpose of providing information by which to evaluate seismotectonic hazards in the region that may be relevant to the above identified facitilies. These results should provide will be used for the estimation of deformation rates in seismic hazard calculations (seismic loadings) for each of the dams.
