The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Medical Monitoring Surveillance. Tasks would include medical monitoring to ensure that employees are, and remain, physically qualified to perform the essential duties of their position. Employees must perform essential duties without endangering the health and safety of themselves, or others, and to monitor health changes related to work-place exposures and activities (see attached Draft PWS for more information). Reclamation anticipates issuing solicitation 140R8123Q0006 as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13 and establishing a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The RFQ is anticipated to be available electronically on SAM.GOV Website on or about 24 November 2022 (may be subject to change). BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES (IN FULL OR IN PART) OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
