The Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisition Operations Branch, is soliciting quotations for performance of a full-circumference, remotely operated, automated visual inspection and non-destructive corrosion wall thickness survey inside a penstock at two (2) site locations. The locations are currently Elephant Butte Dam near Truth or Consequences, NM and Pole Hill Powerplant near Loveland, CO. Locations are subject to availability; the Government reserves the right to substitute a similar facility as necessary. Pursuant to Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Reclamation has issued the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) set-aside for small business with response due February 28, 2022. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541990 and the associated Small Business Size Standard is $16.5 million. Any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be registered under NAICS Code 541990 and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of a quote. SAM is a Federal Government owned and operated free website located at www.SAM.gov. All invoices for this procurement must be submitted through the Department of Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform System (IPP). Quotes are intended to be due on or around March 2, 2022. Reclamation anticipates issuing the RFQ set-aside for small business.
