SOURCES SOUGHT This sources sought notice is for market research and planning purposes only. The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of vendors that provide GCTS Testing Systems¿ Model: RFT V-100 Fracture Toughness Testing System. Potential offerers having technical capabilities necessary to meet the needs of the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement via email. The capability statement must include the following: 1) company name and point of contact information 2) DUNS number 3) small business size/certification (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVSB, etc) Responses are due no later than Thursday, July 22, 2021 at 2:00 pm (MDT). Responses should be emailed to Amanda Somerville at asomerville@usbr.gov. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Response is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests.
