This is not a request for proposals, quotations, or bids. This is not a synopsis of a proposed contract action under FAR Subpart 5.2 and no contract will be awarded from this notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought or any follow up information requests. No solicitation is currently available. The Bureau of Reclamation is conducting market research for a Firm Fixed Price Commercial Item Service contract for the real-time monitoring, maintenance, and commercial support for the development and operations of Earthworm. The services required include updating and advance development of current and future modules, technical support for existing and newly developed software, and administrative and project management. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $30.0 million. Interested parties may submit a response in an electronic format only via email to asomerville@usbr.gov no later than May 6, 2020, 3:30 PM (MDT).
