The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), Contracting offers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. THIS IS NOT A REQUES FOR QUOTE. Quotations and/or proposals received in response to this notice will not be accepted.
