Pre-solicitation synopsis: The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) requires multifunction printer/copier (MFP) maintenance for 15 MFP¿s located at the Great Plains Regional Office at 2021 4th Avenue North, Billings, Montana (Yellowstone County). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, supplies, equipment, and regularly scheduled maintenance on each identified MFP. The requirement is MFP maintenance for 15 copiers identified in Attachment B located at the Great Plains Regional Office at 2021 4th Avenue North, Billings, Montana (Yellowstone County). The contractor shall provide full preventive maintenance services, remedial repairs, and service calls necessary to maintain the equipment in first-class condition. The purchase order includes the cost of parts, labor, and all consumables (except paper). The Government anticipates a firm fixed-price purchase order for one year, plus four (4) option periods of one (1) year each. The NAICS code is 811212 ¿ Computer and office machine repair and maintenance. Size standard is $27.5 million. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.com) and VetBiz (www.vip.vetbiz.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract.
