THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The Department of Interior / Bureau of Reclamation performing market research to determine if there sufficient number of qualified (I) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; (2) Veteran Owned Small Business; or (3) Small Business to set aside. The Government will use responses to this notice to make the appropriate acquisition decision. The contemplated solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Parts 13. The selected contractor shall provide Professional Engineering Services DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES /SUPPLY TO BE REQUIRED: Design, Estimating, and Construction Review (DEC) Professional Engineering Services for Truckee Canal XM project GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Subject Matter Expert (SME). The SME must have specific and unique experience as well as extensive knowledge and experience primarily in cost estimating, as well as construction management and engineering. The total order period shall be from 07/01/2019 to 12/31/2019 This contemplated solicitation will be evaluated based on best value in terms of quality past performance, price and in accordance with FAR 13 .
