EASTERN COLORADO AREA OFFICE (ECAO), WAREHOUSE, AND FLAT IRON (FI) LANDSCAPING PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin & Arkansas-Rio Grande-Texas-Gulf Region, Eastern Colorado Area Office has a requirement for landscaping to be done at ECAO, Warehouse, and FI. LOCATION OF THE WORK Eastern Colorado Area Office and Flat Iron is located at 11056 W. County Rd. 18E, and the Warehouse is located at 910 Van Buren Ave, Loveland Colorado in Larimer County. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION STANDARD AND SIZE STANDARD The NAICS code for this procurement is 561730 Landscaping Services with a size standard of $8.0 million. COMPETITION Solicitation No. 140R6A22Q0004 shall be procured in accordance with Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and will be posted small business set aside. The Government will issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) resulting in the award of a firm-fixed-price. A formal site visit is anticipated. The information, along with the project specifications and related documents will be defined within the solicitation. ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE The anticipated release date of the solicitation is April 1, 2022. Please be aware that the anticipated release date is an approximation, and the actual release date may vary. The solicitation documents for this procurement will be accessible from the SAM.gov website, https://sam.gov. It is, and will continue to be, all potential offeror's/quoter¿s responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for any amendments, updates, responses to questions and answers, etc. as the Government will not be providing any other methods of information dissemination.
