This announcement and attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Consider this solicitation (#140R6A20Q0002) as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. The NAICS 333415 Air-Conditioning & Warm Air Heating Equipment & Commercial & Industrial Refrigeration Equipment and the small business size is 1,250 employees. The resulting purchase order will be a firm-fixed price type contract. Line Item #10 Liebert Compressor Replacement 1 Each______________________ - OME Replacement Compressor - Liebert Model #VH290AUAAEI - Serial #380377-001 - 460 Volts - 3 Phase - 60HZ Contractor will also need to remove the old compressor and install the new compressor. When installing the new compressor, the following things will need to be done: - New compressor contractor - New compressor fuses - New refrigerant filter drier(s) ¿ New drier plus 2 additional drier changes after compressor run in - 2 oil changes after compressor run in - Refrigerant shall be filtered as it is removed from the system and then analyzed for reuse. IF not reusable, new refrigerant must be added Delivery date shall be August 31, 2020 FOB Destination (Mills WY) do not list freight/shipping separately Brand name or equal, must submit cut sheets for evaluation purposes In accordance with the procedures in FAR Part 12 and 13, RFQ Number 140R6A20Q0002 available for viewing through electronic commerce via https://www.fbo.gov and via Reclamation's website at http://fedconnect.net . The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price and technically acceptable.
