Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a small business set-aside contract for comprehensive HVAC system inspection, maintenance, repair, and service. The work will be performed primarily at a facility located at 749 Highway 91, near Leadville, Colorado. A site visit is strongly encouraged and must be scheduled between March 12 and March 19, 2026. Questions from interested vendors must be submitted by 3:00 PM MT on March 20, 2026. The evaluation will be based on the criteria in the specified FAR provision.
