The Bureau of Reclamation seeks a contractor to remove four existing vault toilets and install four new precast concrete vault toilet buildings along the Miracle Mile section of the North Platte River in Carbon County, Wyoming. The scope of work includes demolition, disposal, site preparation, utility location, installation, and site restoration. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside with an estimated project budget between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted on or about March 6, 2026. All payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Invoice Processing Platform.
