The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, intends to issue a Commercial Request for Quote (RFQ) for the following brand name or equal to supplies: Electric trolley hoists: one (1) shall be rated at 3 tons and one (1) shall be rated at 4 tons. The trolley hoists will be installed outdoors, near a freshwater environment. The hook and end of the chain may be occasionally submerged in 2’ of water. The hoists will be electrically powered using 480VAC/3ph power. The trolleys will travel by operators using either a chain?gear or an electric motor. The electronics housings will be rated NEMA 4, at minimum. The hoists will conform to ASME B30.16 –Overhead Underhung and Stationary Hoists. 3?Ton Hoist The 3?ton trolley hoist will have a total lifting height of 28’10”, measured from the bottom of the trolley beam. The control pendant will reach 17’?1” below the trolley beam. The trolley will ride on a 10I25.4 beam, having a 4.661” wide flange. 4?Ton Hoist The 4?ton trolley hoist will have a total lifting height of 30’2”, measured from the bottom of the trolley beam. The control pendant will reach 18’?5” below the trolley beam. The trolley will ride on a 15I50 beam, having a 5.64” wide flange. Delivery location is Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office (WYAO) Warehouse, 205 Chamberlain Road Mills, WY 82644. FOB Destination of all supplies with an anticipated delivery date on or before August 25, 2025. It is anticipated the simplified acquisition set aside will be a Total Small Business with tradeoff evaluation criteria. It is anticipated that the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on or about 18 June 2025 via the SAM.gov website. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the SAM.gov web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments. The product service code is N036 and the NAICS code is 333923 HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotations are not requested and will not be accepted from this Pre-Solicitation Notice. It is required all companies are to be actively registered in SAM.gov prior to submitting a quotation for this solicitation.
