The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, intends to issue a Commercial Request for Quote (RFQ) for the following supplies: 1,486 tons of grading W road base, which consists of 1" minus fractured rock combined with dirt and sand. Delivery location is within 25 miles of Riverton, Wyoming. FOB Destination of all supplies with an anticipated delivery date between May and July 2025. It is anticipated the simplified acquisition set aside will be a Total Small Business with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation criteria. It is intended the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on or about 16 April 2025 via the SAM.gov website. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the SAM.gov web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments. The product service code is 5610 and the NAICS code is 212321. HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotations are not requested and will not be accepted from this Pre-Solicitation Notice. It is required all companies are to be actively registered in SAM.gov prior to submitting a quotation for this solicitation.
