The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, intends to issue a Commercial Request for Quote (RFQ) for the following Brand Name or Equal to supplies: 1. Compressor (1 required) Quincy QR-350 15-HP Base Mount Reciprocating Compressor Package - Belt drive, two-stage air compressor - Rated Capacity: 29.5 cfm max airflow and 350 psi max pressure - Power Supply Requirements: 460V / 3 phase / 60 Hz - Included Components and Services: Compressor, 460-volt TEFC motor, starter with on/off switch, and manufacturer warranty included. - Control Panel Type: Simplex-Magnetic Motor Starter - Control Type: LVD - Integrated spin-on oil filter - Weight: 980 lb - Overall Dimensions (L x W x H): 40.12¿ x 26.43¿ x 36.38¿ - No tank 2. Spare Components Consumables required for one initial service on compressor from Line Item 1. - Air Filters (1 required) - Oil Filters (1 required) - Lubricant (Quantity required for one oil and filter change) Delivery location is Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office (WYAO) Warehouse, 205 Chamberlain Road Mills, WY 82644. It is anticipated the simplified acquisition set aside will be a Total Small Business with a tradeoff evaluation criteria. It is intended the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on or about 18 February 2025 via the SAM.gov website. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the SAM.gov web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments. The product service code is 4310 and the NAICS code is 333912. HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotations are not requested and will not be accepted from this Pre-Solicitation Notice. It is required all companies are to be actively registered in SAM.gov prior to submitting a quotation for this solicitation.
