This combined Synopsis / Solicitation is a Total Small Business using NAICS code 336390 - Other Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing; This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 effective 2/23/2024. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation using the Standard Form 1449 will not be issued. This requirement is to procure a new plow and liftgate for a 2024 Ford F-250 for the Bureau of Reclamation, Eastern Colorado Area Office in accordance with the Salient Characteristics, Attachment A. Refer to the solicitation attachments for Price Schedule, Clauses/Provisions and detailed salient characteristics. All correspondence regarding this solicitation should reference: RFQ 140R6024Q0071, EC ¿ GM Plow and Liftgate in the subject line. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Questions must be submitted to the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer at least 72 business hours prior to the closing date. Any questions submitted after the deadline will not be answered.
