WY Guernsey Powerplant Access Road and Parking Lot Repair The Bureau of Reclamation intends to solicit a Request for Quotation for the repair of the Wyoming Guernsey Powerplant Access Road and Parking Lot, located at the Guernsey Dam and Powerplant on the North Platte River in Platte County, seven (7) miles northeast of Guernsey, Wyoming. The set-aside is anticipated to be Total Small Business. The period of performance will be 90 days after issuance of award and Notice to Proceed. In accordance with FAR 13.500(a), the solicitation is anticipated to utilize simplified acquisition procedures and be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or around April 25, 2024. A site visit is anticipated to be scheduled shortly thereafter, with an anticipated closing date for quotations on or around May 15, 2024. The product service code is Z1LZ Maintenance Parking Structures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction with a size standard of $45.0 million.
