This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 effective 2/23/2024. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation using the Standard Form 1449 will not be issued.

This requirement is being procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial services, and Part 13- Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The BOR intends to issue a competitive solicitation for this requirement. This sources sought is issued solely to establish if there are any small businesses that can provide the requirements in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement(PWS). This is NOT a Request for Proposals nor an Invitation for Bids and does not constitute any commitment by the Government. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of the submission of contractor's information. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for proprietary information not properly identified.
